Will we soon be able to buy Celine Luggage Totes at Target? The retailer just announced it’s going high end through a new design partnership platform called ‘The Shops at Target’. The program will run in six week flights with the first group of shops including The Candy Store, Cos Bar (a cosmetics shop), Polka Dog Bakery (dog accessories), Privet House (home goods) and The Webster (a Miami store selling Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Celine, and other luxury brands). The first five Shops at Target will offer about 400 products and new shops will be introduced every two to four months. Also soon to come are Apple shops in 25 Target stores. (WWD)

Paul & Joe Beauté collection stars cats, kittens
The Paul & Joe Beauté collection is the cats meow! The French label is celebrating its 10 year anniversary with a makeup collection featuring adorable cats and kittens. There is cat covered packaging, cat shaped lipsticks, cat-embossed eyeshadow palettes and face powder with a paw print sponge. It’s all so creepily cute. Available at ASOS and Urban Outfitters. Longchamp x Mary Katrantzou tote bags
Longchamp collaborated with London-based designer Mary Katrantzou to launch a limited-edition collection of tote bags called “When East Meets West.” The totes come in several silhouettes, with Katrantzou’s signature eye-popping prints like orchids and lanterns floating in the sky. Available at Parisian boutique Colette beginning Jan. 23. (Handbag du Jour)

Louis Vuitton x Yayoi Kusama to launch limited-edition collection
Louis Vuitton is collaborating with artist Yayoi Kusama on its summer collection. The 82-year-old artist is best known for her polka dot art – recently she set up “The Obliteration Room“, an installation at the Brisbane Gallery of Modern Art where she let kids loose with tons of colorful stickers to plaster all over the clean white space. Her collection for Louis Vuitton is said to feature her signature dots on clothing, accessories, footwear, watches, and leather goods. (Vibe Vixen)

Calleen Cordero to Launch Luxury Shoe Line
Footwear designer Calleen Cordero is launching a couture collection for Fall 2012. The new line, Cordero, will show at ENK in Las Vegas in February and features 25 styles: handcrafted wedges, platforms, boots, clogs and more in leather, woven fabrics and wood. Prices are set to range from $700 to $900 and will be sold through the Calleen Cordero boutique in Los Angeles in March or April and later at 15 to 20 select high-end boutiques and luxury department stores. Twilight Barbie dolls
In case the Kardashian Barbie dolls weren’t enough, now the kids can play with Twilight Barbie’s too. Main characters Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) and Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart), are now immortalized in plastic and the dolls are now available for purchase. (The Fashion Spot)
